These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the workshop ("Workshop"). By participating in the Workshop, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not participate in the Workshop.

Participant Eligibility: The Workshop is intended for the participant named during registration ("Participant"). The Participant must be of legal age in their jurisdiction to enter into this agreement.

Non-Transferable: Participation in the Workshop is personal to the Participant and may not be transferred to any other individual. The Participant may not allow any other person to participate or attend the Workshop on their behalf.

Confidentiality: All materials provided during the Workshop, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, and other documents ("Materials"), are confidential and proprietary to the organizers of the Workshop ("Organizers"). The Participant agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or share the Materials with any third party without the prior written consent of the Organizers.

Intellectual Property: The Workshop and all Materials provided therein are the intellectual property of the Organizers. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that they do not

acquire any ownership rights or licenses to the Workshop or the Materials except as expressly provided herein.

Disclaimer: The Organizers make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Workshop or the Materials. The Workshop is provided on an "as-is" basis.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out

of or in any way connected with the Workshop or these Terms.

Changes to Terms: The Organizers reserve the right to amend or modify these Terms at any time. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Workshop website or notification to the Participant. It is the Participant's responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Acceptance of Terms: By participating in the Workshop, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
