Schedule a Consultation

About

Before scheduling a consultation, we require a non-refundable deposit. If you do cancel and wish to reschedule, please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee a timely appointment.

Cancelling your appointment will result in a loss of your deposit. If you reschedule your appointment, the deposit will be transferred to your next appointment date. Rescheduling a second time will result in a loss of your deposit and will require another deposit to secure your appointment.
A deposit is required to secure your appointment date and must be paid in full to guarantee your scheduled consultation date. Deposits are due when your appointment has been made.

To schedule a consultation, you can book directly on this page or call 815-570-9662.

What to know before your appointment

Please be on time to your appointment. If the appointment is by phone, please be sure to answer when we call. If your appointment is in person, please arrive at least five minutes before your appointment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled.
