Consultation Information

About

Before scheduling a consultation, we require a $100.00 fee. This fee is non-refundable. If you do cancel and wish to reschedule, please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee a timely appointment.

Cancelling your appointment will result in a loss of your $100.00 fee. If you reschedule your appointment, the deposit will be transferred to your next appointment date. Rescheduling a second time will result in a loss of your deposit and will require another deposit to secure your appointment.
A deposit is required to secure your appointment date and must be paid in full to guarantee your scheduled consultation date. Deposits are due when your appointment has been made.

What to know before your appointment

Please be on time to your appointment. If the appointment is by phone, please be sure to answer when we call. If your appointment is in person, please arrive at least five minutes before your appointment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled.

Information for the attorney

For your first appointment, it’s helpful to bring key documents related to your family law matter to ensure we can provide the best possible guidance. These may include:

  • Divorce Judgments

  • Child custody agreements or parenting plans

  • Financial records (income statements, tax returns, property details)

  • Court orders, if applicable (e.g., orders of protection, previous custody rulings)

  • Any communications relevant to your case (texts, emails, social media posts)

Gathering this information will allow us to get a clear understanding of your situation and help us develop the most effective legal strategy for you.
